leaf lettuce, and served with tomato wedges, hard boiled egg, and lemon wedges.

USDA CHOICE beef brisket is dry rubbed with our spice mix, cooked 16 hours at 225º  &
then steamed in Corona beer for 45 minutes. This tender, succulent beef is covered with our
famous South African BBQ sauce, and served with parsley buttered potatoes, and sweet corn.

Chicken salad in a 12” fresh tomato basil flour tortilla with lettuce, tomato and our chipotle adobo mayonnaise sauce, & served with potato chips.
