Summertime Restaurant - Fish Creek, WI In addition to the following menus, we offer a varying selection of daily "Specials" for both Lunch and Dinner. Lunch Starters Shrimp Cocktail (5) Large chilled and peeled gulf shrimp, served with spicy cocktail sauce. Moules a la Provencal (12) Steamed New Zealand green-lip mussels sprinkled with parsley and Japanese bread crumbs. Served with garlic butter, a wedge of lemon, and French bread to soak up all the taste. Escargot Provencal (6) This classic is baked in mushroom caps with garlic butter, and sprinkled with Japanese bread crumbs. Combination Platter Mozzarella Marinara, Buffalo Wings, Spanokopitta, Cheese Curds, and French fries. Spanokopitta (5) A combination of feta cheese, savory spinach, onions, and a wisp of dill, baked in filo dough. Chicken Fritters (4) Chicken Fritters, served with lite buttermilk ranch dressing. Buffalo Wings (8) Large and spicy wings made with a recipe straight from Buffalo, NY, & served with celery & bleu cheese dressing. Colleen's Mozzarella Marinara (4) One-ounce mozzarella sticks, hand-folded in egg roll wrappers and deep fried, & served with marinara sauce on the side. Cold or Steamed Fresh Vegetable Plate Served with our Dijon horseradish sauce. Cheese Curds (8oz.) Natural cheese curds from Door County, lightly coated and deep fried.
